Abstract
Left pulmonary artery (LPA) slings are very rare congenital cardiovascular anomalies. Most cases of LPA are usually diagnosed in the postnatal period. There are very few case reports of isolated findings of LPA slings diagnosed prenatally, in literature. Most cases of LPA slings reported are in the presence of other anomalies such as abnormal cardiac axis, dextrocardia, unilateral echogenic lung, and right aortic arch with a left ductus arteriosus.
We describe the case of a fetus with a pulmonary artery sling with tracheal anomalies detected in utero at 22 weeks of gestation.
